For any lost property that has been left on the aircraft you need to call one of the airline's handling agents:
If you are travelling with British Airways call 0121 767 7502.
If you are flying with either Thompson Fly, Air India Aer Lingus, Ryan Air, Air Slovakia, Excel Airways, Sky Europe, Onur Air, Aer Arann or Norweign Airlines contact: Servisair - 0121 767 7771.
For all other airlines you will need to contact Aviance on 0121 767 7781. |

If you have the problem of lost luggage do note this is a separate issue to lost property.
If your luggage, after it has been checked-in at the airport check-in desk, does not arrive at your destination safely you will need to speak to the airline you are travelling with.
